These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AutoHabits mobile and watch applications (the "App") provided by Pebbl ("we", "us", "our"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms.

1. The App

AutoHabits helps you create, track, and automate habits using reminders and optional sensor-based triggers (e.g., location, motion, audio, and Screen Time). The App may also provide suggestions through an AI assistant.

2. Eligibility

AutoHabits is for adults aged 18 and over. You must be at least 18 years old, and meet any higher minimum age required in your jurisdiction, to use the App. People under 18 may not use the App, including its AI features. The App asks you to confirm your age before you can continue.

3. Accounts and Sign In

You may sign in using Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. By using the App, you agree to our Privacy Policy.

5. Health and Safety Disclaimer

The App is for general habit support and informational purposes only. It is not medical advice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always seek professional guidance for health-related decisions.

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of content you enter into the App (e.g., habit names, notes, and chat messages). You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the App's features (such as generating AI responses).

7. Permissions and Devices

Certain features require device permissions (e.g., Location, Health, Motion, Microphone, Screen Time, Notifications). You can manage permissions in iOS Settings. If you disable required permissions, some features may not work.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.

Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation or security.

Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code, except as permitted by law.

9. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services (such as Apple frameworks and an AI service provider). Your use of those services is subject to their terms and policies.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the App. You may stop using the App at any time.

11. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits arising from your use of the App.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last Updated" date above and may provide additional notice in the App.
